A week is constituted by six nights and seven days, Saturday-Friday or Sunday-Saturday. A 50% deposit is due upon booking, with the balance due at least one month prior to rental. If you are unable to go after placing a deposit, refunds will be granted if we are successful in rebooking your week. No refunds will be granted after the balance is paid, but if we are successful at rebooking your week with such short notice, we will allow you to rebook your visit at a future time, depending of course on availability. And speaking of short notice bookings... Special Rates for Short-Notice Bookings As shown above, our "rack rates" are $1750/week during high season (Dec. 15-April 15) and $1,050 the rest of the year.
